New ROI Analysis on Full Platen Maps with BandiT!
Ever want to zoom in on a specific wafer after performing a platen temperature map with BandiT? Well, now you can! Select any region of the full platen scan, and a new window will pop up displaying only that region’s data. You can then scale, zoom, and display this region of data independently from the full platen map data. Please contact us for details or to purchase a BandiT software upgrade with this new feature. |

kSA BandiT for Solar Cell Temperature Measurement
In recent years, photovoltaics have received significant attention as a green and efficient method for generating electricity from solar energy. Since the absorbing materials are semiconductors and typically have band gaps in the 1-2 eV range, the temperature of these materials can be measured with our kSA BandiT band-edge temperature monitoring systems. Typical photovoltaic materials can be measured from room temperature thru 650°C, with a resolution of better than 1°C. Whether during deposition for multi-junction CPV cells or CIGS/Si/CdTe-based materials, kSA BandiT can measure it! Contact kSA for more details or to arrange for a demonstration at your facility.
