Single Port kSA BandiT Now Available for MBE

Single port kSA BandiT on 4.5” CF viewport

kSA BandiT applications that require a light source, such as wide band gap materials or low-temperature monitoring, also require two separate viewports on most MBE systems. Knowing these ports are a precious commodity, kSA has developed a light source and detector design integrated onto a single 4.5” CF viewport. Now any viewport with angle from zero to 65° with respect to substrate normal is a candidate for kSA BandiT single port installation.
