k-Space offers the highest quality RHEED screens available. We supply screens with P43, P31, or P48 phosphor. We can provide full coat or partially coated screens, and we do recoats as well. All screens use x-ray attenuating glass and have a thin aluminum layer for grounding and stray light reflection. We supply screens for standard 6" and 8" o.d. viewports, and also supply stainless steel screen holders that mount inside standard zero profile viewports.
